Sync from Jotform
Fetches every field for every active 2026 application from Jotform and saves it here, matched by submission ID so re-syncing is always safe — existing rows are updated, nothing is duplicated. Your own Notes are never overwritten by a sync.
Stores ID/Passport Number and Date of Birth, unlike the annual membership register. A clearance-letter upload is saved only as a link to the file on Jotform's site — the file itself is never downloaded or stored here.
