TT Tracker
One runner profile, optionally linked to the member register after an identity check.
Checking access…
Open Club Login →How the shared TT Tracker works
The portal becomes the working record after an approved cutover. It does not continuously synchronise with the old desktop tracker or publish results automatically.
- Find one runner profile →Search before adding. A runner may participate without being a paid-up club member.
- Verify the member link →Find the runner below, then choose Member link. A Membership Administrator may link the runner to the same person in the membership register. The link is optional and never based on a guessed name match.
- Capture the Tuesday result →Choose the date and open the weekly sheet to capture runners, distances and times. One result is allowed per runner, date and distance.
- Review performance →The tracker calculates pace and keeps result history. Choose Results / bests beside a runner in the register to see their personal bests.
- Correct recorded results →Choose Amend beside a result. Corrections require a reason and remain in history. Open the Publishing desk → to prepare public results for approval.
TT Capturer: runners, results, corrections and approved imports.
Membership Administrator: verified runner-to-member links.
Administrator: both functions. Viewer and Race Organiser accounts cannot open the private tracker.
Weekly result sheet
Create or reopen one Herman's Delight sheet for the date. Search the shared runner list, or explicitly add a new visitor. Membership is optional.
Builds a printable roster from this sheet and the one before it, with blank time fields to fill in on the day and spare rows for new runners. Nothing is saved to the database.
Upload an existing TT Offline JSON capture
Previewing saves nothing. Exact runner names are matched; ambiguous identities and conflicting results must be resolved before anything can be added to this Draft sheet.
| Row | Runner | Classification | Result | Decision / review |

Position capture (staging): names first, times second
Capture finishing positions 1–60 as runners are written down (Phase 1: names). Come back later, on this device or another, and match each time to its position (Phase 2). Nothing becomes a real result until you commit the captured rows.
| Pos | Name | Category | Distance | Time | Status |

★ marks a runner's first-ever time trial.
Committed results
These rows are already saved to this weekly sheet. Add more above using the entry form, offline import or staging capture, then submit the sheet for admin review once it's complete.

Result queries
Results that look wrong are listed here for an administrator to check. Fix the result with Amend or Delete and mark the query fixed, or confirm that the result was correct. Anyone capturing results can raise a query with the Query button next to a result.

Runner register
Start typing at least two letters to see matching names already in the runner database.
Membership status is for the selected year. It is not a payment or race-entry eligibility check. An unlinked runner is not assumed to be a non-member.
| Runner / category | Member link | Annual status | Actions |
|---|
Add a runner not already in the register
Creates one unlinked runner identity. Sex belongs to the profile; Junior and Run/Walk are selected separately for each result.
Results and performance history
All runners
Each date and distance is sorted fastest first. Personal bests use all saved dates for the selected runner.
| Date | Runner / category | Distance | Time | Pace / km | Actions |

Bring across legacy tracker records
Use a UTF-8 CSV made by the supplied tracker export helper. Maximum 10,000 rows / 2 MB. Previews save nothing. Legacy runner IDs are retained; people and memberships are never automatically created or linked.
Each historical date becomes a Draft Herman's Delight weekly sheet. Legacy categories supply reviewable per-result defaults for sex, Run/Walk and Junior/Open; ambiguous W is kept as an unknown-sex walker. Resolve all warnings first. Existing profiles and results are never overwritten. Approval expires after 15 minutes.

Change history
Every capture, correction, member link and approved import records the account and time. Corrections keep the earlier values in this history.
